Good for you for focusing on your health! :) That’s really strange that you haven’t been able to go to sleep.. I’m assuming that your body is adjusting to the changes you’re making. Try not to exercise at night, and if you need it, take a sleep aid. Hopefully your energy levels balance out soon! Good luck!
